Jardines and MINDSET value the importance of reintegration through employment and have been providing suitable employment opportunities to mental health persons-in-recovery since 2011. In 2022, 25 placements were offered, and as at end of 2022, a total of 281 placements had been provided to persons-in-recovery.
Jardine Ambassadors also facilitated the acquisition of job-ready skills such as resume-writing and interview skills, enabling persons-in-recovery to increase their chances of employment. Job site visits to Jardine businesses were also organised for individuals to understand different industries, work environments and responsibilities.
